Very soothing and effective
I was really skeptical about the rather steep price for such a tiny amount of product but, i will say it was very soothing. I didn't use the medication until it was a full blown triple sized Cold sore but, pharmicist said to use it anyway and I did and it is working good.
I was most impressed at how it stopped the pain right away from the cracking and I will definetly use again.

No prescription, buy over the counter
This is the best cold sore medicine i have ever used. Keeps cold sores from growing and eliminates the sore scabbing that you get. I am 55 years old and have used them all. Over the counter and no prescription, a little pricy but worth every penny.

Wonderful blessing
Abreva is a blessing to me because for years every time I had a break out of cold sores, it would take days for them to go away. Now at the first small tingle of a cold sore I use Abreva a few times and the cold sore never appears. It is so nice to NEVER have a cold sore break out again! Thank you Abreva.

Great product!!
I just found out I had cold sores about a month ago. I didn't know what to use on them so the first blister I got I thought it was just some blister till I went to my doctor and he told me it was a cold sore. This past weekend I felt the tingle on my lip but I the lysine my doctor had given me wasn't doing a thing. I tried Abreva and now two days later my cold sore is almost gone. I love Abreva the only con is the price. But totally worth every penny.

Self esteem booster!
My boyfriend has had a nagging cold sore at the corner of his mouth which not only caused him pain every time he opened his mouth, he was pretty self conscious about it... I finally convinced him to start using Abreva and now that it's healing, he's smiling a LOT more!!!

LIFE SAVER!
I used to get cold sores pretty frequently starting in my senior year of high school. I would tell people I got hit in the face or something to avoid the stares I would get from others. I never have any cold sore symptoms just the blister. When I finally admitted to myself that this was something I would have to deal with my whole life I began trying everything from lysine pills to novitra, never giving abreva a chance. This past sunday I woke up with a little bump that I knew was the beginning of a cold sore. I went out bought abreva and the blister never even got bigger, in fact it got smaller and when I woke up monday morning from work I couldn't even tell it was there! Today (Valentine's Day) I have not one sign of the outbreak and my lips look healthy! I am so glad that I tried Abreva. It saves so much embarrassment and makes those times one gets an outbreak more than tolerable! Thank you so so much Abreva!!!!!

HEALS QUICK, FAST, AND IN A HURRY
I have been a fever blister/cold sore sufferer for longer than I can remember. My best friend told me to try Abreva and she could not contain herself enough trying to stress how well this product works. With so many years of frustration that goes along with an outbreak and the unsightly effects, I felt it was time to try SOMETHING because I've always just let the sore ride out it's course.
ABREVA is truly one of the greatest invented antidotes I've needed and I'm sorry I haven't found it's remedy years ago.
I bought it at Walgreens on sale from $19.99 to $14.99. Given the timing of my dilemma, I was glad I saved $5 but knowing now how quick, fast, and in a hurry ABREVA works, I would have gladly handed over the $20. It saved me weeks of pain, suffering and the unsightly inflammation and scabbing.
